As it turned out, I ordered the wrong size, but a quick call to your service line took care of the details for the return and just over a week later the correctly sized jacket arrived at my house as promised.

After really poor service from very.co.uk where they sent me the wrong size out I opted for JulesB. Clear easy and quick buying process with free next day delivery. Product was nicely presented with a nice first order discount bonus and I will be buying from them again.

Horrible Experience so far with this company.
Been waiting 20+ days for a product to get my item delivered.

Also been waiting for a refund from this company 40+ days.

They are also shipping from outside of EU resulting in a extra tax fee on 65€.

I cannot comment their product's quality since i have not received any of them.

Customer service are quick to respons (1-2 working days) but do not provide any solutions.
